Your Soul doesn't know what time is... Time is a construct of the 3D dimension/realm. When you think of the past as the now you continue to vibrate at that capacity... forgoing all growth... it's like pouring boiling water on the roots of a plant... yea... you're watering it... but it's damaging them too...
Regret is a space and time that no longer exists... the past is the past... you can not go back so only think of what you can do... not what you can not...
