To my Sisters...
You can change someone's life. By just reaching out and saying "I'm here". Especially in a community of women... just by saying I've been where you been and I see you... if you are in need of a friend look to your sisters to light the way... but the trick is, you can't have an ounce of malice in your heart toward them or their positions... you just have to be a support...
You have to heal yourself, to heal others... So when you see someone with their back against the wall extend your hand ... even if it's not the most popular opinion... because goodness and compassion don't actually give a shit about opinions of others that did the pushing...

Magnanimous-very generous or forgiving, especially toward a rival or someone less powerful than oneself.
Many times more than not you're expected to just forget when you've been hurt... you can't forget... but understand you are stronger than those that have hurt you... and for that you need to tap into that magnanimous power you've been placed here to share... because now.. and only now... you're here... able to forgive.
